The SAP Field Transformation & Readiness team is fast-paced and passionate about serving SAP customers' evolving needs. This team managed the SAP Sales Academy program, a three-year-long award-winning initiative to attract, hire, and integrate new associates.
- Due to high demand, I created templates and provided workshops to other colleagues. This allowed the team to scale and speed up material production, freeing me to focus my expertise on more complex projects.
- Consequently, our team's visual identity became consistent, shared, and unified. The master template I created was adopted by more than 4 teams across 6 countries.
